If you aspire for a government job, it is always better to start preparing while you are pursuing graduation. The minimum age criteria for most of the government jobs (IBPS PO, SSC CGL, NIACL AO, SBI PO) in India is 18/20 yrs. For Civil Services Examination the minimum age is 21 yrs.
