The online application for LIC ADO 2023 had started on January 21, 2023, as stated in the LIC ADO official Notification 2023. The deadline for submitting the form was February 10th, 2023.
Follow these steps to fill the online application form of LIC ADO Examination 2023:
Step 1: Visit the LIC’s official website at www.licindia.in.
Step 2: Scroll down the homepage and select “Careers,” which will take you to a new page.
Step 3: Search for LIC Apprentice Development Officer Notification and click the Apply Online button.
Step 4- Fill the registration form with all the required details.
Step 5: A provisional registration number and password will be emailed to the provided email address and mobile phone number.
Step 6- Use the login credentials generated after registration to complete the application procedure.
Step 7: Fill in properly the personal, academic, communication and other personal information correctly.

Step 9: Pay the required application fee through online mode only

Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized university in India established under a statute/approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

Marks from the main examination will be considered for selecting candidates for the interview round and marks of both the Main Examination and the Interview will be considered for the final merit list. Interview marks are 40
Selection will be made based on the results of the Prelims and Mains Examination followed by interview and a pre-recruitment medical assessment. Candidates who will be selected as an Apprentice Development Officer must complete Theoretical & Field Sales Training for the duration as determined by LIC of India. An Apprentice Development Officer who successfully completes the apprenticeship and is considered suitable for appointment to the Corporation’s service is appointed as a Probationary Development Officer.

On employment as a Probationary Development Officer, a monthly basic pay of Rs. 35650/- (except for Employee Category candidates) on a scale of Rs. 35,650-2200(2)-40,050-2595(2)-45,240-2645(17)-90,205, including other applicable allowances as per rules, would be payable.
