Focus on your goals and learn to keep your patience and you must strive for progress and not perfection. Progress happens with more and more practice.

I got attracted towards government jobs in the first place because of the opportunity that it creates to serve one’s nation at various capacities and secondly, because of the job security and social prestige that a government employee attains. My family has also been into government service since decades which motivated me even more towards choosing Govt. service as a career option and the only name that struck my mind was RICE while choosing a platform for preparing to crack the assessments. RICE with its systematically designed courses, learned trainers, apt infrastructure and cordial ambience has encouraged me to be a go-getter.

Shifting from Uttar Pradesh to West Bengal I learned Bengali at a later stage of my life. This shortcoming hindered my studies as my father could not afford to admit me into an English medium school. Me and my parents struggled a lot to continue my education, I was fortunate enough to complete M.Sc. and B.Ed. But I wanted to be a support pillar for my family so I chose to sit for Govt. examination. I enrolled myself at RICE to prepare for it. At RICE I was not only taught the topics but also trained to clear the exams and crack the interview through continuous mock tests and mock interview sessions. I am grateful to RICE for pointing out my mistakes, clearing my doubts and building my self-esteem as a professional.

RICE will guide you in every way. However, you need to put in the hard work, be attentive and go regularly to your classes. Hard work and patience can fetch you the ultimate success.

I planned my studies based on the counselling and advice given by RICE. Their guidance helped me a lot and made me confident to clear my exam. I believe that it is not about immersing yourself in academics all the time, it is about honest hard work.

You can achieve anything you set your mind to if you stay committed. No matter what, keep the preparation intact without leaving part of the syllabus even if the exam dates are undeclared. Till the time you haven’t achieved your goal, stay focused and keep the drive at the same pace.

Competition to land a Govt. job in today’s date has become excessive. The only key to achieve success and turning your dream into reality is through will power and diligent hard work as the preparation for it is a long and strenuous process. So just be patient, strong and believe in yourself.

Concentrate on preparing and maintaining a positive attitude without thinking about outcomes and success will follow.
