A candidate shall not be below 21 years and over 40 years of age as on a specific date mentioned in the official notification released by the Commission. On the basis of result of Main Examination candidates will be called for Personality Test. The final selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate in the Mains Examination in aggregate and by adding the marks obtained in the Personality Test.
